Birders Workshop – Review of 130 species likely to be seen in NE Ohio in mid-September
We are having a 1-hour Zoom presentation August 27th @ 7:00pm showcasing 135 species of birds likely to be seen during Bird Quest (our annual 24-hour birding challenge on Sept. 11-12). One slide per specie showing photographs of male and female and a few comments about each regarding field marks and likely habitat where they may be found. It will move along so we can stay within the 1-hour window. It is meant to be a review for newer birders but everyone will enjoy ‘brushing up’ for fall migration. A section on Confusing Fall Warblers is included. Birds presented in taxonomic order, like paging through a new field guide!
