April will bring about 35 species of birds to NE Ohio.  Some will stay for the summer and some will just be passing through. 

Virginia Rail is a marsh bird that moves easily among the cattails and reeds in search of any living creature it can eat.  Learn its calls and you can enjoy knowing it is there all summer, even if you can’t see it.
